Since opening in 2018, GloUp has been proud to serve the Aiken community. We’re committed to not only providing quality products and services, but going above and beyond to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. PERFECT GLO
While glowing up with us, you’ll be tanned with the remarkable products from Perfect Glow. We are currently offering three choices: Lite Glo, Toasty Glo, & Night Glo. Our staff are well educated in these products and will be delighted to offer guidance to every client in order to help them choose their color.
THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR GloUp
• Shave/Wax your legs
•Moisturize
•Exfoliate THOROUGHLY! This will remove dead skin in order to provide a smooth surface for your GloUp.
THE DAY OF YOUR GloUp
• Review and sign release form (this will be given to you once you arrive at Studio YSB)
• Remove makeup, perfume, & deodorant.
• We recommend that you were dark, loose fitted clothing.
• A women’s hormones can effect their GloUp. Consider your cycle, if you get a GloUp during this time it could be splotchy do to your hormones.
AFTERCARE
• Wait at least 8 hours (overnight if possible) before showering/swimming. This allows your GloUp to develop.
• Avoid applying moisturizers & deodorant.
• Avoid wearing tight clothing (tight jeans, bras, spandex, socks/shoes) for at least 5 hours after your GloUp.
• Do not shave for 12 hours after your GloUp.
• Beware that wearing any form of tight clothing, shoes or boots can effect the outcome of your GloUp.
REMEMBER
When showering/bathing you will see some color wash off. Don’t worry. This is very normal, it’s only the color guide the GloUp technician uses when applying your GloUp. You will still have an immaculate GloUp once you’ve showered.
